dear all

In one Material system status shown in origin 04 (Shipping inspection) trans code QA32 while it is reqired REL CALC SPRQ for result recording.

what may be the reason?

Hi Roshan,

Check......

- The Availability of inspection plan in the system for the material, TO check it run QP03 enter the material and plant.

- If the plan is available then check, the "valid from date" it. This date must be prior then inspection lot creation date.

- Check the Status and usage for the inspection plan. Status must be released and Usage must be relevant as per the usage of the inspection lot.

- Check the Inspection lot quantity and the Quantity range give in the Inspection plan header.

- If all the settings found ok for the inspection plan then check the "Automatic Assignment" indicator for the inspection type (here in your case:- it's 04) in the QM view of material master. It should be "Activated"

If all the settings will found ok according to above check list, then create new lot, it will have REL CALC SPRQ status.

The probable reason it is not yet released may be because there is no Inspection Plan created and assigned for that material. You may check the assignments using QP03. If there is none, an Inspection Plan with Usage 04 (since origin is 04) has to be created and have it assigned to the material.

Once created, you do not need to create a new inspection lot. You may manually assign the Inspection Plan using QA02 in the Inspection Specs Tab. by entering the Key date(with ref to the key date of inspection Plan) and hitting the Task Lisk/spec button. You may also need to check the sample size if it has already been calculated. After you have saved your changes, the Inpection Lot will now be releases.

Hi roshan,

Check the task list usage and release status in inspection header in QP03.Check the sample size and Inspection lot quantity.If the above things are ok the your lot will be in REL status.
