automatic alert notification message type

hello dears ,

I created automatic alert notification by defining auto-reaction methods that are automatically executed when alerts occur in RZ20, so i assigned the method CCMS_OnAlert_Email to MTE classes in my system, so if the alert occur i get the notification on my e-mail, I get the mail correctly but Symantec Mail Security replaced Unknown Attachment with this text message("The original file was unscannable and was quarantined").

so what is the type of the original message?? to allow this type of message on the symantec mail security.

Hi!

It might be of type XML, but to be sure have a look at the outgoing mail in transaction SCOT. There you can see all the mails sended by the SAP system. SCOT -> Utilities -> Overview of Send Orders
