cProjects Tasks screen not showing components of the project

Hi all,

We are using CPRXRPM 4.0 and we have an issue regarding the cProjects tasks screen. This screen displays as normal for all users except for one of my users who is not able to see the various components within the project. We have designed the phases to have icons as well. The user is able to see the icons corresponding to phases, tasks etc but the actual text associated with the phases are blank. He gets this issue for all the projects he opens.

We are not able to experiance his issue. Does anyone have any clue as to what the problem could be??

Hello Syam,

It was indeed a personalization that the user had done. He had right clicked the project elements and in user settings had hidden each element.

Silly user don't you think. After that he was confused as to why the project elements were missing.

Hi,

Try resetting cProjects Personalization Keys for User .

Please check that for the same user id in another machine. It might be problem with activeX control.
