Finding WBS Element Balance

Hi

While doing the CAT2 transaction and transferring same to controlling with tcode CAT7, I am giving a WBS Element in cat2.

Once i done above, where can I see the WBS Element balance?

Please suggest.

once you have entered ats and transferred then run any cost report for the WBS

for example - cost line item report CJI3 for the WBS to see the posting

U need to run CAT5 to book the cost from entry in CAT2 on WBS element. Then u can see the cost in CJI3 report.

If i could correctly understood your question than you are asking for the balance means where / how you can see the cost coming to WBS. that you can see via report CJI3.

As you enter any data in time sheet CATSDB & CTASCO table is getting updated irrespective of weather you have released / trasfered time to CO.

There are two ways for the cost to comes to WBS.

1. CATSDB>CATSCO>COBK

2. CATSDB>CATSPS>AFRU ( incase of network activities ).

You have to check the times sheet related config & decide which scenario is being implemented for your case.
