Hi,
How to use WebDynpro application in R/3. We use URL in Portal to execute WebDynpro application. How to execute that in R/3.

WebDynpro means that it can only run on Web environment, as you said, via URL in Portal.
I don't catch your idea much, why do you want to execute the WebDynpro application in R/3?

My client is not using Portal, in that case how to utilise the application developed in WDA.
You can use the Web Dynpro application in R/3 by creating the transaction(parameter) code to the application,check the below tutorial to know how to create the Transaction code for Web Dynpro ABAP application.
