Error while executing FP_TEST_IA_01

Dear Colleagues,

while executing FP_TEST_IA_01

after some time ( 3mins) getting some error message as mentioned below

Generate Interactive PDF 1

ADS: com.adobe.ads.exception.FailedCreationException: Failed to create a new instance of PDFManipulation Module, please make sure PDFManipulat

Please let me know what shall i do inthis context.

it was working fine till yetserday but today only giving this problem.

basis cleared some lock files(junk), it is working now

I have faced the same issue. Could you please reveal lock (junk) files location?

Mahesh,

Restart the service PDF Manipulation Module as follows:-.

1. Logon to Visual Admin

2. On the Cluster tab, choose server -> Services -> PDF Manipulation Module

3. Right click and stop the service.

4. Once stopped, right click and start the service

we have performed the steps as you mentioned, but still i am getting the same error.

Please let me know any thing else to be check/done to get rid of this issue.

I would suggest then bounce the Portal server (if ADS engine is configured here) and see if it resolves the issue.

we don't have any separate portal as of now.

Mahesh,

Check with your Basis folks and restart the J2EE engine where you have configured the ADS, it should mostly resolve the issue.
