Dear Murali,
When the same happened at my Client-site, A team of SAP- Consultants (one consultant/ module) had arrived.
Basically, they go-through the Users' Test-Scripts, prepared, tested and submitted to SAP A.G.
They analysed the AS-IS and TO-BE documents and solutions propoesed by Implementation partners.
Also checked, what are all Best-Practices have been followed and if there is any GAP exists, what are work-arounds have been proposed.
These are few points.
Best Regards,
Amit

Dear Murali,
I think, in this case, I have to resolve "Restricted Sites" query first...Lol.
Jokes Apart, As site: box.net is general site for uplaod/ share data; i think, you just cross-check with your System-Admin. Hope, they might understand your requirement and give you the access or ask them to just download the file from their log-in (if authorized) and place it on a shared server.
what could i suggest more... No Idea.
Best Regards,
Amit
