In Returns and Repairs Processing how to add or maintain Repair Actions ?

HI ALL:

when i configure Repair Actions in In Returns and Repairs Processing i find it can not be added or maintained. The tcode is VORV and the menu path is SPRO-Sales and Distribution-Sales-Sales Documents-Customer Service-Returns and Repairs Processing-Maintain Repair Actions. Is there any other menu path or TCODE to maintian it in CS?

Hi

It seems you do not have the required access. Please discuss with your basis guy and ask him to give you SAP-ALL access. I think you would then be able to mainatin new items.
