Modifying the view layout of standard WDA component

Friends,

I am modifying the standard SAP WDA component: HRASR00_PROCESS_EXECUTE SAP

I have created an Enhancement Implementation.

I am trying to change a view layout by adding some new static texts and moving the existing and the newly created elements in the view layout.

The ROOTUIELEMENTCONTAINER is of u201CMatrixLayoutu201D type.

I am unable to move the layout elements around. Please let me know if it is possible to change the layout using enhancement implementation and if so, how to achieve this.
