Hi

When we transfer attachment from SRM shopping cart to ERP , it created PR in ERP .

At item level we can open the attachment. This attachment is of document type "SRM". I want to know the attachment is stored at content server or at SAP database.

Hi,

Kindly check the following steps:

1) Go to T code DC10 select Document type ->SRM & view the detail ,KPro has ticked or nor?

If you are using KPRo there is two possibility

1) Kpro with SAP data base

2) Kpro with Content server.

Hence go the Transaction code OAC0 (Display content repository) there you will come to know about all DMS repository. Click on that, in storage type we will come to know the storage in SAP database or Content server etc.

Thank you,

Regards,

hi,

if u want see table

From DMS point of view this IDs are stored in the following database tables:

u2022 DMS_PH_CD1

u2022 DMS_DOC2LOIO

u2022 DMS_PHIO2FILE

There is also a report DMS_KPRO_READ where you can enter the document info record data to receive the LOIO- and PHIO-IDs of the added originals. So you can also trace the original files in your DMS area.

Hi,

You can open the document type in DC10 for SRM and if use K-pro option is checked, it means you are using content server if not you are using other storage categories like database.
