Hi,
While I create outbound delivery, the overall pick status and overall WM status are marked as 'A' and the picked quantity column is 0. How to configure and fix these kinda problems?
Thanks.

Hi Jonnae
If WM is not assigned then you will be creating delivery through VL01N and you will be doing PGI., and other collective deliveries can also be done through VL10A, VL10B etc But if WM is assigned then a transfer order has to be created to do delivery using LT03 and once you create transfer order then you can do PGI.or you can confirm the transfer order using LT12

Hi,
I believe WM is active at your end... and check in your material master if TWO STEP PICKING is activated or not {in WM1 screen}... if yes then procedd as below:
Create shipment for your delivery
Go to VL35_S -- enter your shipment number
You will get a Wave group from above step
Then go to VL37
Select your delivery
Go to enviornment
Select " start two step picking"
Then at the same place --- create tranfser order
Then once your TO gets created -- confirm it from VL37 itself..
Hope this will solve your problem

Hello,
This is standard SAP behaviour, the pick quantity 0 suggests that the material is not picked or picking relevent. If the item is completely picked, the status of these will change to C.
The picking relevency can be controlled by Delivery item category. Go to transaction 0VLP, select the delivery item category, go to the details screen, you may see the Relevent for picking selection. If you uncheck the same, the item in the delivery will not be relevent for picking.
If you are using WM, then the item will be picked through transfer order. Create a trransfer order using LT03, and confirm the same using LT12, you may see the pick quantity in the delivery.
