Customer Return

Hi,

I am having problem while doing customer return cycle.

I have created sale order for customer return.with respect to this sale order i created return delivery in vl01n.

while saving this one inspection lot created and i did RR and UD.

then it allows me to post goods receipt.

my problem is while doing return GRN another inspection lot get created with same inspection type 06.

why this happens,Please help.

Hi Selva,

Check in IMG under below path

Quality Management -> Quality Inspection -> Inspection Lot Creation -> Inspection at Shipping -> Assign Inspection lot origin to Delivery type -> Here remove the 06 lot origin under LR delivery type.

Check and revert for further query.

I chosen lot origin 6 only.both the lots are in the 06 type only.

Hi,

I believe you have done PGR twice refering the sales order.Thats why the system has been created as many inspection lots.
