problem with SMTP mail configuration

hi

i have recently configured SMTP mail configuration. i could send mails successfully but there is a problem. the problem is after i send mail from SBWP , i have to go to SCOT and go to utilities- overview of send orders and i have to select thae message which i sent and change its wait time by clicking on set wait time . because by default the mail is taking the wait time as 11 hours in future.

can any one tell me how can i set that default wait time as 2 or 3 minutes after sending the mail .
