Error in compiling Flex application - limit value

Hi,

when I deploy a simple application in VC 7.0 SP15 as Flex (not Flex 2) and i get the error:

Error in compiling Flex application: **************************** WARNING ******************************

You are currently running with data limits not set to unlimited.

You may experience out of memory(OOM) conditions.

In the event of an OOM error, please increase the data limit value.

You may use "ulimit -d unlimited" to set data limit as unlimited.

Knows anyone what the problem is?

Hi Carsten,

Please ask you EP Admin to change to memory size in Config tool. It must have been limited here which is not allowing even a simple application to deploy.

we solved the problem by restarting the portal engine.

Hi Chandrasekar,

i have a very simple application with a iview. This iview contains a startpoint and a form view with one checkbox field - also no BI-Query included.

But we have the same problem of our complex models too.

Hi Carsten,

Are you using a BI query as source? If so can you tell me how many line items you are trying to pull in to the VC view?
