I need to copy the header text from billing document to accounting document automatically.
Can anyone help me out on this.

What is the business implication of having texts in a/c doc.Why you at all need that in a/c doc?

In standard, copying the header text from billing document to accounting document automatically is not possible. So you can achive this with the help of BDC. .Ask the technical person to make A VARIANT SET AND PER FINANCIAL YEAR THE VARIANT SHOULD BE CHANGE I.E THE FISCAL YEAR TO BE CHANGE.THIS WILL BE SET IN BACKGROUND PRCESSING MODE WHICH TRANSFER THE TEXT FILLED IN VF01 THROUGH BDC
The required tables are BKPF,VBRK,BSEG,THEAD,TLINE,SYST.

Hi,
I don't think this is possible.. reason being you can't have the text ID's {which a billing document has} assigned to accounting document type.. have a look at OBT8 transaction wherein text ID's for every accounting document are maintained...
