Unable to do goods confirmation for purcase order in mysupply.

Hi,

User unable to do confirmation of goods for purchase order in mysupply system.

Can anybody tell what will be thereason.

Hi,

Which Business scenario are you into?

Does the PO require any Release or Approval. If so, check whether it ie approved/ Released

Also, check whether any default selection parameter is set-up in the confirmation search screen (extended).

I am not getting any errors it is not showing PO details

I have checked all possibilities ie delevery completed, vendor blocked for confirmation etc.......
