Import is running from last one week

Dear expert

i transported a request from QAS to PRD and it was showing (Import Running ,showing Truck) for 2 hours .So, I deleted it and made new transport request from consultant When i import it then it also showed Import Running. After it i transported more request but all transport requests are showing Import Running from 2 hours in STMS.

I have seen forum and i deleted it from import monitor and i removed from TMSTLOCKR and TRBATbut i ts not working

what should i do for this issue?

regards,

- logon to client 000 (not using SAP* or DDIC)

- execute program RDDNEWPP

It should be in high priority or normal

I'd use high priority.

It says that jaob has been scheduled but when i want to see it by sm37 it says that no job matches the selection criteria

Yes - because it will run event triggered.

> now i can impotr

was that a question? If yes, yes - you can now retry the import. End the tp processes running before you start the import another time.

I have to re start the server or what because it is not working the error

No - you can just kill the running tp processes using task manager and rerun the import.

If it does not work please check again the last logs.

(logon to client 000 (not using SAP* or DDIC)

execute program RDDNEWPP )

I have just now seen a SAP note71353 where i got the following info (user should be DDIC)

a) Log on as the DDIC user to client 000.

b) Call transaction SM37.

c) Choose the selections:

Job name: RDD*

User: DDIC

Selection date: leave these fields empty

Only jobs with the status 'Active'.

What is in transport request? If you e. g. create an Index on your testsystem and transport that, it can take a long time to create that in the target system because tables are usually bigger in production systems...

What do you see during the import in SM66?

Markus

These request are generated in Development system and sm66 is showing nothing

- is there a tp and/or R3trans running on OS level?

- do you see any logfiles changed recently in /usr/sap/trans/tmp?
