webdynpro application start error

Hello!

Here is the problem

webdynpro application deploy process ends with warning

Failed to start application local/PHONES_DYNPRO: The referenced application com.sap/EAPPHONES cannot be started

com.sap/EAPPHONES is deployed without errors and is visible and startable from nwa.

please help.

Hi,

make sure that you have mentioned the shared application name correct in Webdynpro Shared references tab.

also check whether its name start with com.sap or sap.com
