HI,

i want to make selection fields as mandatory

ctype is proo

-key combination is sor/dc/div & material all these are key fields

i want to make sorg/dc/div as mandatory fields

& MAterial as optional selection fileds while mainatining condition record in vk11

Hi there,

When you say PR00 does it mean price?

In that case price is always maintained w.r.t to a material. You dont maintain the price just for a sales org / dist channe / division. It means that alll items in that sales org / DC / Div will have the same price. Is that your case?

Now when you want to maintain the price condition records, deefine different tables like sales org / dist channel / division / material, sales org / material & then just material.

In that case depending on your requirement you can choose to maintain the price in whatever the condition table you want,.

i've created table selected all fields -have selected Sorg/dc/div/Material as key fields

I created a condition record for this combination in VK11 saved

In VK12 i selected this key combination sor/dc/div/mat

i want to make sorg/dc/div as mandatory selection fileds & MAterial as optional selection fileds

For that you are having an option to maintain two or more.. table in an access sequence.....but remember whatever field you will put over there, those all key combinations will be mandatory.

dc mandatory

div mandatory

material optional

In table i've made sorg/dc/div/material as key fields & material as footer field.

I want to kno is a field is made key field & footer field - in vk12 DOES THE FIELD BECOMES A OPTIONAL SELECTION FIELD , OR is there any other setting for this
