Communication channel processing not getting completed

Hi Friends,

My communication channel, sender JDBC is getting started as per the polling interval. This i could see in the comm channel monitoring. But 'processing completed' is not comming, only the processing started is coming for every 5 min, and the record is not getting polled what might be the reason.

i think your Adapter is locked

Hi,

This could be due to wrong configuration of CC or adapter may got locked. Check for the same in Visual Admin under

Cluster Tab -

> Locking Adapter

If has locked you can reset the it here.
