Settlement Rule

Hi,

While creating settlement rule for projects at header level( T-Code CJ20N ), we have column of %, percentage only for the distribution of cost.

We need one more column to put AMOUNT also for the distribution of Cost. This column is appearing for the Maintenance Order.

Please provide any solution.

hi..

go to config for settlement profile.. (TCODE OKO7)

ensure that amount settlement is ticked..

in CJ20N > settlement rule, a column for amount to be settled will be displayed..

On the top right side of the distribution rule screen, you will find a button to maintain variants and layout of this screen. Just check there - if Amount column width is reduced there.

Standard SAP allows Amount in distribution rule for settlement along with %.

Hi,

Thanks a lot.

I have checked in Development Client, where there is a icon for Administrator to set the column.

We are working on it.

But while working in the Quality OR Production Client, when we open that TAB for table maintenance, there is no icon for Administrator. Here we are not able to remove the checkbox which shows as hidden.

Can you suggest please.
