Hi,

1.I hav created sales order->then delivery(vl01n)> Is there any t code thru which I can send PO information to party(after sales order and delivery).

2.Send delivery for Z012 order type down to Airborne

Airborne places order into shipped status

Adds in tracking information

Sends shipped feed back to SAP

Confirm that tracking info came across to SAP

I want t code step for 2nd case.

Any pointers will be rewarded.

Hi Amit:

I think your cases can be solved in EDI module!

In SAP Menu

Sales and Distribution-->Shipping and Transportation

Case 1: Send out information to partner

in fold Communication / Printing

t-code: VL71--Outbound delivery output, you can use it to send out EDI IDoc message to your partner!

Case 2: Receive shipping information and update SAP simultaneously

in fold Shipment

t-code: VTRK--Parcel Tracking

But above all you should activate and customize your EDI setting in advance! Hope you can solve your problems!
