wbs element error

Hi friends,

When iam saving the sales document in va0 iam getting incompletion log error that wbs element .please tell me what should i do.

hi

check incompletion procedure for sales document...whether field related 2 WBS element is there or not...if its there and u don't require the WBS element 2 be entered in sales document , then remove the field from Incompletion procedure.

hope this will resolve ur issue.

Dear Martin,

If the WBS element is involved in your business process then you enter WBS element in the sales order.

If there is no need of WBS element in your process then you can remove that from the incompletion procedure.

To remove that

SPRO>IMG>Sales and Distribution>Basic functions>Log of incomplete items>Define incompletion procedure>Here you selct sales header or item then go in to the procedures then go in to the fields here you can find the WBS element you remove that from the fields list then save the changes.

Dear Martin,

Take help who are having the right to change the incompletion procedure.

Other wise you can't proceed with susequent documents in the sales cycle.
