Hello everyone,
We are doing an IS-U implementation in Northeast US. We are currently in the Data gathering session with no access to SAP as its not yet installed now at the client place. For the data gathering session we need to come up with Data models for Customer from an IS-U perspective. I am not sure how this has to be without any access to IS-U.
Is there anyway somebody can help me regarding the data model for BP/Customer in IS-U?
Regards
Rajesh

IS-U data model has been divided into 2 parts.
1) Business Master Data
2) Technical Master Data
Business Master Data will have
a) Business partner
b) Contract Account
c) Contract
Technical Master Data
a)Connection Object
b)Premise
c)Installation.
Example :
One Business Partner will have multiple Contract Accounts
One Contract Account will have multiple Contracts( ex: Gas contract or Electricity contract or water contract)
One contract will have one installation
One Connection Object will have multiple Premises.
One Premise will have will have multiple installations

Thank you so much for the reply Shiva. I do know the stuff that you mentioned in your reply. But what I exactly need is just the BP/Customer component both from a CRM and ISU perspective. As I mentioned in my introductory question I am just worried about the BP piece.
So, I need to know how the data model in terms of Business objects and entity types exists for the BP. I think it would be nice if I know what exactly will be the fields for a Customer in IS-U environment and a BP on the CRM side for the same IS-U environment. If I know these I can fill in my data template easily.

Long time ago I have read a SAP training document IUT260.. it will give good information you are looking for. I am afraid I do not have the document now.
