Hi

Nishanth

U can refer the standard Pricing Procedure JFACT -- India Factory Sales and check the conditions maintain for excise and VAT. U may copy this Y/Z and add or delete the conditions as per your requirement.

U may have conditions for excise like

JAED A/R Add. Excise duty

JSED A/R Special Exc.duty

JCES A/R Cess

JECS A/R Education Cess

JA1X A/R SH E Cess

TAX

ZETX ENTRY TAX

JIN1 Central sales tax

YIN1 A/R CST Reversal

JIN2 Local sales tax

YIN2 A/R LST Reversal

JIN5 LST surcharge

YIN5 LST Surc. Reversal

The above is for your reference.

Thx.

Hi Nishant

IN SAP there is standard Pricing Procedure for Factory Sales---JFACT

In V/08 u can find JFACT Pricing Procedure Standard One. U can copy the JFACT and create a new pricing procedure. or u can create your own pricing procedure.

To see Central Condition Types-- Go to T-code---OBQ3

To see Sales Condition Types-- Go to T-Code---V/06

The Condition Types Involved in Factory Sales are

Price--PR00

JMan- Manual Condition Type- Statiscal condition type

UTXJ-- with calculation and alter cal--352,351-Statistical Condition type

JMOD-Central Contion Type BED-- Statistical

JEX2-- Sales Condition Type-- BED

JCES- Central Condition Type CESS--Statiscal

JCED- Sales Condition Type- CESS

JIN6-- VAT Condition Type

These are the condition types are used in Factory Sales

If necessarey based on requirement u can AED and SED Condition Types

Hi Nishanth,

You can use JINFAC which is the standard pricing procedure for factory sales.

All the condition types are maintained in that.

Either you can use that one only or copy it and make the adjustment which requires.

Better you copy the standard only and then add discount or what ever discount required by your client.

Try this it might help you

Hi,

__Create 6 Cond Types for Excise duty__

Example:

Bed=2 cond Types(X,Y)

X=14%

Y=Caluclation

HEcess=2 cond Types(A,B)

A=2%

Y=Caluclation

S&Hecess=2 cond Types(E,F)

E=1%

F=Caluclation

Create 2 Cond Type for TAX

VAT=1 Cond Type (V)

V=4% or Nil or.......

CST=1 Cond Type (C)

C=4%or2%or0%or.......

All De Best,
