move offline redologs without backup

Hello,

Our offline backup is failing and archive dir. is about to full. we are checking reason for failure but meantime can we move archive logs to some other location without archivelog backup so as to free some space ?

yes move the old ones, but note that when BRARCHVE will try to back them up, you will get a series of warnings.

Yes, you can.

But please don't move the most recent one; it might still being written!

On your next run of brarchive you will get a warning; you may ignore this.
