Exposing a DC and using it in another DC

Hi,

Could someone please help me by telling me the exact procedure to expose an entire DC. I want to use various views and methods in this DC in another DC.

I have created a public part and added the component as an entity. Is this enough to access the entire DC, else how do I create a public part through which I can expose the entire DC to other DCs.
