Hide Tax field in SC and PO screen

Hi,

Is it possible to hide the Tax code field ??, In SRM 4.0, I have looked in UI_CONTROL_BADI, BBP_SC_MODIFY_UI BADI and txn SHD0, but none of them seem to help. Any replies are highly appreciated.

Hi Rahul,

Tax field populates in shopping cart screend depends upon the following SPRO settings.

Cross-Application Basic Settings u2192 Tax Calculation u2192 Determine System

for Tax Calculation

first you check this configuration. Set up no tax calculation. Youl will not get any tax related fileds in Shopping card.so this configuration controls tax settings in SRM.

You can check it out . you must feel the difference.

Muthu is right

with 'No tax' the related tax fields are not shown.

You don't need to go for any BADI as it is taken care by config only.

The BIG problem is that, we have tax calculation happening in the MM system setting, for Europe we dont want users to enter or see any tax code field??

In that case, only option will be to modify the screen itself. Take a look at saplbbp_sc_ui_its_300.html and the corresponding GUI screen from BBP_SC_UI_ITS. Hope it helps.
