Customer Hierarchy Rebate - condition Bo04 not appearing in pricing

Dear All,

We have configured customer hierarchy and rebate agreement for customer hierarchy.

While creating billing document standard condition Bo04 not appearing in pricing.

We defined agreement and Bo04 condition. Customer hierarchy also checked, it is ok.

Please give the solution.

Hi,

Did you check price determination screen in pricing of the billing item?

What is the analysis pricing reason for not finding the rebate condition?

It might help you, maybe payer is not relevant for rebate.

Even if it is not something that obvious, it will help us determine the cause of the problem.
