Mass Extension Of customers

Is there any std tool in SAP to extend Customer Mater Data to different Sales Area.

Hi Amit

Maintain common distribution channels and common divisions at VOR1 and VOR2. So the customer will be available in all sales areas.But if you want to extend customers you can extend using t.code MASS . But use MASS and extend the customers will be the 2nd option but try to maintain maintain common distribution channels and common divisions.

T. Code: XD01,

Key-in the existing Account Group, Customer Code and new sales area and below you can see a Tab: "Reference".

Key-in the existing sales area and execute.

Another way is:

For mass extention of Customer Master Data to Sales Areas, use LSMW.

Hi Amit

there are two ways

1) you can extend customer master by entering existing customer code as reference and its Sales area

2) if Sales Organization is same to different sales area you can extend customer master by maitaining common Distribujtion channel and Division to Customer master data/Material master/Conditions
