What exactly is the use of Statistical Indicator in Project definition
What will be its impact on project
In which conditions or scenerios do we use it...any example...?

WBS element is made statistical for Budget monitoring purpose. No settelent is possible for statistical WBS element.
For example on Asset budgeting can not be done. In that case u use Statistical WBS element to control the cost.
