Error in results recording

While doing results recording for an inspection lot which containes physical sample using QE01 i get an error "No inspection operations exist for the inspection lot".

The status of the inspection lot is REL CALC PRII.

When i initially created the lot it was in CRTD stage as i did not give the no of containers. The formula we have defined is the no of physical samples created will be equal to the no of containers.

After i gave the no of containers, the status changed to REL CALC PRII.

However i am not able to record results.

Hi Tom,

Check the operation and cotrol key QM01 in inspection plan. If it is not available, Maintain and assign insp. characteristics.

Reset the lot by using the transaction QAC3 and reassign the inspection plan with key date as present date in QA02.

Check and confirm the physical samples. Now do the results recording again.

Try and revert back for further details.
