Release to accounting document Error

Hi Frineds,

I have created order, Delivery and billing.

Then we did invoice cancellation and user trying to do release to accounting in VFX3 t code.

Here I am getting error Posting date must not be smaller than 31.10.2008. And I checked in 0b52 10th month is in open.

Kindly help me to solve this issues

Check with this

Please check the date of the invoice cancellation.The canceled invoice date is after the date or same date of the invoice created date.

Invoice cancellation date is shown as 30.10 and it shows created date is 7.11.2008 in header.

Please let me know.

the posting period is open generally it should release to accounting document. What would be the reason for that error.

Is there any legal impact? Kindly explain it.

Kindly check billing date i think billing date of invoice is wrong entered.
