How to configure SAP Web Dispatcher for load balancing

Hi,

I have installed installed DB + CI on server1, another application server on server2 and SAP WEB Dispatcher on server3.

I want to configure load balacing between CI and Application server using this standalone SAP Web Dispatcher.

How to configure load balacing for the connection comming from Web Portal?
