USR03 table is EMPTY.

Hi Experts,

i am tryin to write a code to pull in the details about the list of transactions executed by user in a system.

I am able to pull in all the data whereas the user names are not maintained in the table USR03. Its empty .

How do i configure this table. This requirement is very much essential at this point. Pls provide some details on how to maintain this table.
