Common Issue in DTR?

Every once in a while, I get a panic stricken developer reporting that 'Edit' and 'Edit(Exclusive)' are not available.

USUALLY having the developer do a 'Build' on the DC from the DTR perspective fixes the situation.

Is this common? Is there a known configuration that we could do to prevent this?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Have not experienced developers complaining about it.

If it is a defect of a particular release look for a possibility to bring NWDI and NWDS to a later version.
