Shipment History Report

Hello,

We are looking for a Standard SAP report to see the shipment history.

Basically we need a report which can give us the Orders Shipped(PGI delivery) for a date and the Shipping Point. The report should gives us the quantity(weight) for a total orders shipped for that date.

let me know if there is any report that can bring all goods issued for a date.

Hi,

Use transaction code VL06F

Enter the data, shipping point, actual goods movement date in the time data and enter total goods movement status as C in Status:outbound delivery box.

In the display option, select the values as per your requirement like Display in wt unit in LB etc.

Then execute the report. The system will display the results. Click on the button Item overwiew, the system will give the details for each shipment in weight, volume and quantity.

If you want to see the sales document attached to it, in the results page, click on the change lay out button. The system will display the list of additoinal fields that you can add. Select the reference doc and add to the display field. Then you can see the sales order no and/or Purchase order number.
