Run ABAP Reports error during ECC 6.0 installation on Win2003 with Oracle

Hi,

I'm installing ECC 6.0 IDES in Win2003 Enterprise R2 x64 with Oracle 10g version 10.2.0.2 on a machine with 4GB RAM and 250GB HD.

An error is happening in phase 31 "run ABAP reports" on task "executing ABAP report RADDBDIF ...".

Tell me about how to resolve this problem?

The process is stopped in the following screen:

Hi,

The machine I'm trying to install the SAP is a Dell Vostro 200 architecture desktok.

The error may be what's happening because of the hardware?

You are on last stage on sap installation, and on fackt you have it installed allready, but this report mast be executed .... Are you trying to login with SAPGUi ?

Hi,

Canceled the first installation, format the machine and started new installation, put the same mistake happen again.

I checked the permissions of the directory \usr\sap\trans and users Administrators(SAP\Administratro) and SAP_LocalAdmin(SAP\SAP_LocalAdmin) has permission all.

Sorry but this is the first time I install the SAP and do not understand this part:

Please do the following test :

In Windows => Start => Run =>

saptranshost, are you able to logon ?

At this stage have access to the SAP? I still do not have the SAPGUI installed. How do I sign?

Then install SAPGUi cause of the problem? SAPGUI installation are absolutely separately, check the PRESENTATION DVD. You can able install SAPGUI on your PC if you have network access to server and login it from your PC. Try to add SAPserviceSID user to Administrators for testing, or give him directly FULL permissions for this "trans" folder.

Hi,

This error is related to problems when accessing the '\usr\sap\trans' directory. Please, check whether the

SAPServicePRD user is able to logon and has all required read and write-privilleges on the 'trans' directory .

Please do the following test :

In Windows => Start => Run =>
saptranshost, are you able to logon ?

You may also log on to the SAP system with user DDIC and run the

job RADDBDIF - do you still receive an error ?

Check for the latest file updated on the installtion direc, check for the cause; try if you are able to login to SAP with sap*, then try to resume the installation

At this point in the install you should have access to the SAPMMC (icon on the desktop). When you open the SAPMMC, do you is the system up and running and if not, can you start it? Also, check to see if the DB is staying up.

Thought that might be a good place to start.
