Idoc sent in green status, but no trace

Hi experts,

we send idoc via we19 to XI, but we have absolutely NO TRACE of the message, even though the statuts of the sent idoc is green id bd87.

We checked everything:

idx2

we20

we21

bd64

sm59

but everything is fine

do you have by any chance any idea of whats goin on???

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks Patrick,

but i have nothing in IDX5, no messages.

and we tried all the RFC connections, the tests work fine.

Hi,

I had this problem once that RFC connection test was ok but not the authorization test.

Check in SM58, there you can find some clue..

Hi,

1. Re import the IDOC meta data in IDX2.

2. Post the idoc it will show in IDX5 and sxmb-moni.

Hi,

on PI side you could look in idx5 for the IDocs.

But I guess it's a problem of the RFC connetion. Open it with sm59 and run:

Utilities -> Test -> Authorization Test
