How to know who delete sale order from database table vbak , vbap with full information date, time , userd?

If you know the order number, then you can look at the change records for that order. It will tell you who deleted it and when.

i want to know whom delete sale order through TCode va02.

which user id, date, time etc.

The change records will tell you that if you know what the sales order number is. Go into VA02 or VA03. When you are on the screen where you need to put in the sales order number, then go up to the Environment menu and select Changes. Then put the order number in that got deleted. It will show you who deleted it and when.

Hi,

Sale Order delete through TCODe VA02 . now sale order is not exists in the Database table VBAK, VBAP. And now show the when display the deleted sale order in tcode VA02, VA03.

i want to know only table where store the information who is deleted this sale order & when.

The tables that store changes are CDHDR and CDPOS.

You can view the changes through VA02/VA03. Put a valid order number in on the front screen and before you hit enter, go to the Environment menu and select Changes. Then on the next screen, put in the deleted order number and execute. You will see who deleted it and when.

After Sales order delete there are no any entry in table and you can not see changes in VA02/VA03.

So, Contact your basis team person.

As already suggested, once you delete the sale order, you cannot track as to who has deleted that and on what date.

Once the sales order is deleted from the system, it is almost impossible to get the details fro the system.

As per my opinion, There are no entry in table for delete sales order in SAP. If you want to see then contact your basis team...
