there are OSS notes available about liveCache performance tuning. But since liveCache is an SAP technology, you need to have an account on the SAP service marketplace. If you have an account, let me know and I will tell you the note number(s).

You can use the Database Analyzer to find bottlenecks in the liveCache, Note 530394.
