End user is facing performance problem like hourglass

Hi Friends,

It is a general question in SAP that 'End user is facing hourglass problem in the context of performance'

What should we do? where should we look for root cause?

what are steps solving this problem?

Hi

You can check few things to start with

1) Check whether archiving is running and the archiving directory isnt full.

2) Check for resource bottlenecks like CPU in ST06

3)Enough Free workprocess

4)Check for exlusive lockwait situation ..
