Hi,
Client giving warranty to the Finished Goods.
Customer request for the service for the goods already sold. Now which requires
Warranty Period: Starts from "Date of Installation" or "Date of Manufacturing" whichever is earlier.
Service:
1) Within Warranty Period: Free Service including Freight Cost
2) After Warranty Period : Chargeable for the service.
I guess this can be done in Warranty Management.
But this module is not in our scope. So I should either map in SD or Customer Service.
Can anyone suggest me - how to map it?
