Copying Plan to budget (IMCCP3)

We would like to exclude values on certain cost element when copying plan (ECP) to Budget with transaction IMCCP3.

I can't find any valueable UserExit on this purpose.

NO

none of this exits is triggered with transaction IMCCP3
