Hi friends,
As a development I want to make a copy of Sales Order (not through VA01 and referencing another Sales Order number).
Can someone tell me the user exit which will help me in updating details like document number and the preceding document number in table VBFA.
Regards,
Udaynath
Dear Udaynath,
Path:
SPRO> IMG> Sales and Distribution > System Modifications> User Exits--> User Exits in Sales
Here, you will find the user-exits, for example:
--> User Exits in Sales Document Processing
etc..
Best Regards,
Amit
Note: Alternatively, you may use
1. Tables: MODSAP and MODSAPT, to find-out User-Exits or use
2. T. Code: SMOD/ CMOD

Can you mention the business scenario for the requirement?
Ideally the easiest and standard way to make a copy of Sales order is through VA01, ensuring the copy control settings are in Place. Document Flow required or not can be controlled through copy control.

There is a BADI that can be used for modifying the document flow. I don't kow if it will be triggered in whatever process you are using to create the order though. It is BADI_SD_DOCUMENTFLOW.
Hope it helps,
Brian
