Customer Responsibilities

Dear All,

I dont know where to put this question...if anyone can tell me exactly the proper forum....

For the implementation SAP project, what are the customer responsibilites to faciliate the implementaion....

If anyone can refer me a document or link explaining to define a better project charter....specially i have the concern for the responsibilities by the project manger (customer) and system administrator (customer)...
