Can a user exit be used to restrict CJ88 and CJ8G to project type?

Hi,

I am a newbie here. We are trying to limit security authorization for CJ88 and CJ8G to project type auth object (C_PRPS_ART) but the standard program is not set-up to check the project type authorization object. Is anyone aware of any possible user exit that can be used to trigger this check? If not, I would like to get any idea or other option possible.

why don't you set a variant using dynamic selection for the project type desired and then run cj8g for that variant
