Hi,
We receive an e-mail in the mail adapter. The configuration of Seeburger EDI adapter creates a functional acknowledgement that is returned to the Sender Party.
This message is blocking the inbound queue (SMQ2, message "Access with 'ZERO' object reference not possible.") and resulting in a dump.
Analysis showed that this error only occurs when the e-mail is sent in HTML-format, error doesn't occur with "text with no format" or RTF format.
In SXMB_MONI we see an attachment MailMesage (multipart/alternative; boundary).
Is there a way to avoid this error with HTML mails?
Regards
Ron
Hi, I know it´s been a long time you had this problem, but do you remember how u solve it?
I have the exact same issue, when I receive a mail with attchment type multipart/alternative it´s stopping the queue.
Thanks and regards
Vanessa
