Hi,

Please do the following:

1) SAPGUI -- sxi_cache -- CC......here you fill find all the CC corresponding to your respective Business Service.

3) Do a Delta Cache refresh......complete may not be favourable.....

2) Check if there is any error in ID -- Environment -- Cache Notification...

3) Go to RWB -- Component Monitoring -- Cache Connectivity Test....you may find an error here (if there is any)

4) Please check if your channel is properly configured in the Sender/Receiver Aggrement.......you can even run the configuration wizard once more if you want.....no harm with that....

Regards,

Abhishek.

Hi,

Check your adapter engine is in RWB under component monitoring.

Also do Complete CPA cache refresh using following URL: -

http://<host>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full
