Hi- I want to know where and how in SAP are the return policies are customized. What we have in return policies, is the returns pricing customer within x days of buying it. Like,, customer will get 80% if he returns in 60 days and 60% within 180 days. Will it be done using pricing condition...

Hi,

In the returns pricing use a condition type to calculate the value.Use a routine against it.identify a field in the sales doc where

user will put the no of days within which the customer has returned it.Ask your ABAPer to calculate the value of that condn type using that routine provided u have the right formula to calculate it.
